1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

• All orders are hand-packaged and shipped out from our home studio in Chater, Manitoba.

• Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. For small-batch skincare and soaps, we ensure everything is tightly quality-checked before heading out.

 

2. Domestic & International Shipping (Soaps, Skincare, & Textiles)

• Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination via Canada Post.

• Standard parcel rates apply for all physical goods, soaps, and home textiles to ensure safe transit.

 

3. Collectible Trading Cards Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Collectible sports trading cards qualify for free untracked shipping by default.

• Tracked Upgrades: Because untracked mail lacks end-to-end visibility, buyers can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. If a tracking number is requested, shipping rates will adjust dynamically based on the destination and parcel requirements.

• Note: West Five Story is not responsible for lost untracked card shipments once handed over to postal carriers, so we always recommend selecting a tracked option for higher-value cards.

 

4. Local Pickup (Chater & Brandon Area)

• Free local pickup is available for customers in the Chater and Brandon, Manitoba area.

• Select Local Pickup at checkout, and you will receive a notification with pickup instructions and location details once your order is ready.
