Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—especially during the holiday or market seasons—we will notify you via email of any expected delays.

3. Local Pickup
If you are local to the Chater or Brandon, MB area, you can skip the shipping fees by selecting Local Pickup at checkout.

4. International Orders (USA)
For orders shipping to the United States:

Customs & Duties: West Five Story is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed so you can follow its journey across the border.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages
West Five Story is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
