About West Five Story
Restoring the Ritual of Care
At West Five Story, our process is slow, intentional, and entirely hands-on. Every bar is poured in small batches in our Manitoba studio, allowing botanical ingredients to cure naturally. From the local honey in our ale soaps to the hand-sprinkled lavender on our calming bars, we believe the soul of skincare is found in the details of the craft.
The Heart of West Five Story
A Note from the Maker
West Five Story didn’t start in a boardroom; it started at my kitchen counter in Manitoba. As a maker and a parent, I found myself searching for skincare that was truly intentional—products powerful enough to work, yet gentle enough for the people I love most.

What began as a single batch of Eczema Ease grew into a collection of botanical formulas, each one inspired by my family—my primary muses—and the quiet, tranquil beauty of our local landscape.

Our Small-Batch Philosophy
Botanical Purity
We harness the raw potency of earth-grown ingredients, ensuring our formulations are centered on cold-pressed oils like sunflower and coconut. By avoiding harsh synthetics, we prioritize your skin’s vitality and natural balance.
Small-Batch Artisanship
Every product is hand-crafted in 2,500g batches in our Manitoba studio. This allows us to preserve the integrity of our botanical extracts and ensure that every bar of soap or jar of cream is as fresh as the day it was poured.
Local Craftsmanship
Proudly Manitoba-made. We source from local breweries and apiaries to create a circular beauty cycle that honors our community, our family, and the land. You can find us sharing these batches in person at local markets across Manitoba.
